Two Years and 4 Months

I'm finding it harder and harder to find the time to blog. I'm either nursing, trying to get a child to sleep, trying to keep a two year old's tantrums down to a minimun, deciding if I should work out or sleep while both kids are sleeping or squeezing in some alone time with Tyler now that school has started. So, when I find the time to blog like today, a holiday when Tyler is home and all three of them are sleeping, I figure I better get done as much as I can. Nixon needs an update. The kid is a weed growing so much. He is hilarious. I'm amazed at the things this kid comes up with to say. He's funny. He make some hilarious facial expressions and is a ball full of energy. His last two molars are coming in. 'nuff said! We have taken a little break from potty training. He did so well, didn't want to poop on the toilet, and began to regress. It was taking a major toll on me so I called it good for a few weeks. Oddly enough though, he is now poop trained?! I guess we will get back on the horse again.
We found a new splash pad to play at. Nixon loves it. He always makes a new friend each time we go to run around with. He's good at that.
He loves snacks and candy. I recently caught him climbing the shelves in the pantry to fulfill his needs.
He loves his "green juice" and asks for it all the time!
He was walking around with his backpack the other day before he was to go off to spend the day with Grandma and I about had a panic attack as I had a flash forward of him going off to Kindergarten. I know that day will come sooner than I'm ready for it. This kid is giving us a run for our money sometimes but we sure love him and his awesome personality.
He still sucks his thumb, loves his two blankets, loves movies (Nemo is the favorite right now), always wants to play games on dad's iPad, has a flashlight fetish, counts to 13, could play with the hose for hours,  knows his basic colors and shapes, does an awesome batman impersonation, finds any excuse to stall bedtime(read a book, thirsty, hungry or pee) and loves popsicles and frozen gogurts (aka ice cream).
