New Homeowners!

Tyler and I have been married for almost 7 years. Our entire married life we have lived in the same house. It was a great house. This was the place we brought both our babies home to from the hospital. Knowing that in the near future we could be bringing a third baby into this world, we knew there wouldn't be enough room in the house. I began looking for homes with our realtor and would go check out a few homes a week with her. Nothing was standing out to me. I didn't want a fixer upper, and most homes needed some work done on it. We had some friends move to Ireland and we decided to put the house hunting process on hold and plan a trip to visit The Emerald Isle. Tickets were purchased and we were excited for our big trip. I would occasionally check my Zillow app just to see if anything good came on the market, when I found our house. I contacted my realtor and she took me to see it. I loved it. It was in great condition and didn't even need re-painting. Tyler and I went to check it out two more times before finally putting an offer in on the house. After some negotiating, our offer was accepted and we were moving in just a few weeks before our trip to Ireland. Papers were signed and it was a crazy few months, but I wouldn't change it for anything.
Never having moved before, I thought it would be a piece of cake to get everything packed and moved. Boy was I wrong. We have a lot of crap. With the help of family, we got most of our stuff moved over in a day. Getting everything situated has been a work in progress since Tyler was gone for work/church activities the following week, and then we went to Ireland two weeks later. We are absolutely loving all the extra space, even though it sure is a lot more to clean, and the boys are loving having stairs and a big loft for a play room.
The house is in Morrison Ranch and we absolutely love the neighborhood. It's all grass with tree lined streets and parks all over the place. Just at the end of our street is the lake where the boys are going to love fishing. As weird as it was to leave our first and only home, we are looking forward to all the new memories we will be making in our new house.
