Christmas is such a busy time and it's beginning to become nearly impossible to see everyone on this day and even the day before. My mom is a genius and decided to have our own Christmas day with the family before everyone gets super busy and heads out of town a couple weeks before. We get together, order in Chinese, let the kids open their presents, build gingerbread houses from homemade cookies made by mom and ended the night with a little Just Dance. It's a perfect early Christmas celebration with all the family.
Each of the kids got to open up their one Christmas gift from grandma and grandpa, but our real Christmas gift is coming this June...a week in Cali in condos on the beach! Seriously can't wait!

Structure of the houses
Gingerbread houses didn't quite go as planned. Bryce and Meghan were the only lucky ones able to keep a stable house together. We are already preparing and brainstorming for next years challenge.
